When you come inside the door, you meet a student in the reception. There you are able to book an appointment or just take a drop in. To be in the reception is a part of the education. The students learn the booking system and how to be service minded.

  1. Our students learn these skills too. It is important that they are polite and helpful to customers. How do you teach them these skills?

  2. They talk about it a lot before they start in the school salon. But I think the easiest way to learn is practising it. So when they are in the salon, I use to stand beside them and help them. They learn to look at the client, or ask her if she is in the phone, how long hair she have and what she wants to do. That make sense for how long time you need to book her.
