We follow the students in every moment, but from "the side", so they feel support and that they have help right away if they need it.
This students are in their last year, so they know a lot, and they can handle the most by themselves.

It´s important that the student shows that he/she can work like an proffecional hairdresser/student.

  1. Wonderful photos Francisca. You ceryainyl have explained the teaching very clearly. At this stage of their learning in Australia we do much the same thing. The teacher is a facilitator and a guide who is regarding their students as professional hairdressers. Do you find that this works well? What happens if there is a big mistake?

    1. Thank you so mutch. Yes I find it very well. When the students does something very wrong, then you have to be flexible and quick to find a solution for them and with them. Teach the students to be creative but secure in what they do, it is not "just to do it".
      Inspire and teach them !

    1. Yes Gina! But this is common after a few years. It alos depends on different persons, if they care about themselves and think about the risks.
