The apprentice here is working with foils. She has tried this a number of times before and her workplace supervisor now thinks she is ready to do this independently.
This is a difficult thing to do for apprentice, it takes a lot of exersices and a lot of patience before you can do this on a customer,most of the students I have think this is the worst part to learn!
Yes it is difficult and it took this apprentice nearly four years before she could do this independently. She had to practice a lot and learn all the theory.There are so many steps in this process and each one has to be done correctly. Her College teachers spent a lot of time on this and demonstrated each step. How do you teach this in your college?
