To document the work.

For the student to remember and to perform the same moment with presition, all stages documents of the competition hairdo in a student folder, where the student goes back for help and useful informationThis is a part of the learning process. This is also in the teacher's assessment of the work.

(This student is over eighteen years old and have given her permission for me to show her face.)

  1. In Australia we call the documents that the girls are preparing a portfolio of work. They are very valuable to show what work has been done and for assessment. How do you assess them on the work they have done with the documentation? This might be quite difficult. I would be interested to know.

  2. The documentation and the conversation with the student if the result was that she had planned, and if so, what could be changed to develop the student to think further and thereby develop herself. It becomes a tool that assists the student to see their progress in consultation with the teacher.
